Status Reports for your Org

Managers need to know the status of people, projects, tasks. Individual contributors need to know too. Is John going to do the Thing my tasks depends on, or will he be on PTO next week?   

For years, this situation meant wasted time in weekly group status meetings, individual "one on one" sessions, email updates, wiki pages for hacked together status reports, and all manner of different processes and tools.
